PICNICHello friends,
I am sure they had a great time. I had been in one and it is a really nice gathering of people that works for cirque du Soleil. I have to say that it is a little bit difficult to enjoy that party if you do not have children because the party is in the middle of a big field and that is very good for kids. Yes, I know it is very arguable thing to say but… So, it was a very hot day and that meant that everybody was looking a nice place under the shade and there was not many and then water. But I have to say that was the theme of the party, H2O. The main even in this classic party of Cirque du Soleil is the tag-war. The game consist in different teams, two at the time pulling from the two opposite sides of the rope and the one that pulls the other team over their side is the one that wins. I am sure that you would have guess by now that every show of cirque in Las Vegas has a their own team. Last year the new team of Ka won the event and they were really great. We were also new but the Zumanity team was very bad. This year everybody was getting ready for a big competition but as I have heard the whole thing was so competitive that it stops being fun. And the winners this year were O. They were the big losers the year before so that is how it is; sometimes you are on top other times you are at the bottom. After the tag-war and the heat the whole thing started to melt and people was ready to do their things and the big premier of the Tim Robinsons was not as successful as we would have wished. I mean of course in the amount of audience point of view because artistically they were and are great.
